Minecraft Dungeons II Standard vs. Deluxe Edition
Edition Comparison
| Feature | Standard | Deluxe | Deluxe Upgrade | | --- | --- | --- | --- | | Base game and campaign | Included | Included | Requires Standard Edition | | Co-op and gear progression | Included | Included | Uses the Standard base game | | Two base hero skins | Included | Included | Already in Standard | | Soul Cape | Not included | Included | Added | | Blub pet | Not included | Included | Added | | Four additional hero skins | Not included | Included | Added | | DLC 1 and DLC 2 | Not included | Included when available | Added when available |
Which Edition Includes The Sift?
The Sift is part of the base Minecraft Dungeons II adventure. The official edition guide describes Standard Edition as the full base game, so Deluxe is not required simply to access the base campaign.
What Deluxe Adds
Deluxe adds cosmetics and the two announced post-launch DLC packs. The official sources name the Soul Cape, Blub pet and four extra hero skins. Blub is a non-combat companion; the promotion article does not describe it as a combat advantage.
Existing Standard Owners
Minecraft Help lists a Deluxe Upgrade for players who already own Standard Edition. Check the store for your platform before purchasing because pricing, regional availability and store terms can change.
Game Pass and Xbox Play Anywhere
The official ownership guide says the game is available through Game Pass and supports Xbox Play Anywhere for qualifying digital Microsoft Store purchases. That does not mean one purchase automatically transfers to PlayStation, Nintendo or Steam.
